Industry Insights is pleased to announce image and video capture and data solutions provider and Connected Solutions (CS) Partner, Service Certainty, has secured a deal with fellow CS Partner, Fix Auto UK.
Offering an innovative, efficient and future-proof technology approach to digital damage assessment and verification of images and video, the deal further strengthens and complements the 22-strong Partner ecosystem.
Fix Auto UK have appointed Service Certainty as their chosen provider for image capture and will be using the Service Certainty imageproof suite of services to enhance the claims journey for policyholders as well as improve efficiency in the claims process chain.
“Imageproof can help the bodyshop get ahead of the claim by pre ordering parts and having a greater awareness of the vehicle damage before arriving on site,” said Steve Thompson, Managing Director, Industry Insights. “This helps to reduce cycle times and improve on Fix Auto UK’s already market-leading NPS score of c65 for 2018.

Service Certainty develop customised and innovative image capture solutions that facilitate timely triage decisions. They remain the UK’s only independent network of pro photographers and provide this unique service to the majority of the UK’s insurers, claims management firms and repairers. An improved service, launched in 2017 – ahead of signing with Industry Insights as a CS Partner, was developed for total loss and minor repairs identification and swiftly evolved to serve its users for more individual, business bespoke requirements e.g. vehicle collection for repair, credit hire reduction and document verification.
Service Certainty imageproof guarantees a single and safe repository for all such data for viewing, storage and sharing and all secured under the auspices of ISO: IEC 27001 International Standard for Information Security Management Systems.
